The detailed statement of the work to be performed follows:
1. To organize vital stakeholders' consultative meetings to review
methodology used for family planning survey and design maternal
mortality survey.
2.To form a technical committee to oversee the preparation and conduct
of the maternal mortality survey.
3.To conduct consultative meetings and workshops to design quality
assurance model.
4.To conduct training of local health providers on the collection of data;
5.To undertake data collection with emphasis on interviews and
recordings.
6.To submit a technical report, and
7.To submit a signed financial report.
