Narrative description of Project:
The Project is aimed at modernizing the Bureau of Customs (BOC) to enhance revenue collection and facilitate trade. It involves
preparation of a Systems Requirement Specification (SRS) of the Exports Processing System (consisting Automated Bond
Management, Automated Export Documentation and Raw Materials Liquidation Sub-systems) and Value Range Information,
Statistical Management and Client Profile Registration Systems.
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
Together with Unisys Phils. as Prime Consultant for the Project:
1. Participate in the project planning activities;
2. Perform Operations Analysis services for the following modules:
- Automated Export Development System
- Automated Bonds Management System
- Raw Materials Liquidation System
- Value Reference Information System
- Legal Management and Case Tracking System
- Statistical Management System
- Client Registration Profiles System
3. Produce Operations Analysis documents and 3D-VE artifacts as maybe appropriate which includes the following:
- Business Events Hierarchy
- Business Information Needs
- Business Swim Lanes
- Business Use-Case Model
- Business Use-Case Specification
- Business Analysis Model
- Use-Case Storyboard
- Business Glossary
- Systems Requirements Specifications
4. Provide Domain Expertise for the project during the requirement verification, operations analysis, design and build, and
deployment phases for the assigned subcontractors as the case may be;
5. Provide on-call services to resolve issues raised against assigned modules until three (3) months after the client’s final
acceptance of the assigned systems.
