The Project is aimed at developing guidelines for implementing the WHSMP2 Project.

Draft operation guidelines for the following:
- getting the LGU commitment;
- determining the LGU needs;
- defining conditions for establishing women’s health and safe motherhood (WHSM);
- organization of WHSM teams (including inter-LGU and ILHZ arrangements);
- provision of integrated WHSM services; and
- implementing the training package (dependent on the output of the HRTD consultant).
